The Hotel is currently seeking the right person for the following position(s):

Café Manager – Full-time, hourly position. Person should have two years’ experience in a similar operation. Culinary, sanitation, and customer service knowledge required. Supervisory experience preferred. Serve Safe certification required. Manager responsible for scheduling, staff training , producing menu items, inventory control and ordering, maintaining sanitation of Café, supervision of staff of ten to twelve, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Café Attendant – Full-time, hourly position. Attendants produce food orders, make coffee drinks, and provide counter service to our guests. Serve Safe certification a plus.

Bartender – Part-time, hourly position. 15-30 hours per week. Experience mixing drinks preferred. Willing to work at any of our bars when scheduled.

Beach Pavilion Manager – Full-time, seasonal, hourly position. Person should have experience with supervision, and knowledge of products offered. Serve Safe certification required. Must be able to do some medium heavy lifting. Manager responsible for scheduling, staff training , producing menu items, inventory control and ordering, maintaining sanitation of Pavilion, supervision of staff of ten to twelve, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Beach Pavilion Attendant – Full-time, seasonal, hourly position. Pavilion hours of operation are 9AM to 5PM daily. Serving burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.  Provides chair and umbrellas to hotel guests. Serve Safe certified a plus.

Room Inspector – Full time, hourly position.

Steward – Full time, hourly position.

PM Grand Dining Room Server – Please submit résumé when applying. Fine dining experience a plus.

AM Grand Dining Room Server – Breakfast and lunch shifts. Hourly wage plus tips.

Courtyard at Crane Server – AM and PM shifts. Full time and part time positions available.

Line Cook-Full Time, Hourly Position, needs to be able to work  lunch and dinner shifts.  Hourly pay based on experience, please submit résumé.

PM Line Cook at Grand Dining Room-Full Time, Hourly Position, needs to be able to work  lunch and dinner shifts.  Hourly pay based on experience, please submit application & résumé.

Pastry Cook – Full Time Hourly position, needs to be proficient at breads, pastry, cakes & pies. Hourly pay based on experience, please submit Application & résumé.

Banquet Cook – Full Time, Hourly Position, needs to be able to work  lunch and dinner shifts.  Hourly pay based on experience, please submit application & résumé.

Culinary Extern – Part time seasonal position needs to be available to work breakfast, lunch & dinner rotation. Must be with an accredited college. Please submit application and resume.
