The Hotel is currently seeking the right person for the following position(s):

Executive Chef - Applicants should have knowledge of southern, low country, and American classic cuisine. Executive Chef is responsible for: meeting Jekyll Island Club, and AAA Four Diamond high standard of quality for all food preparation, production and control for all the food outlets and banquet facilities; hiring, training, supervision, scheduling and participating in activities of the chef, cooks and all personnel involved in preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with productivity standards; cost controls; and forecast needs. A minimum of 2 years of culinary school, and 2 years’ experience as an Executive Chef at a resort or hotel are preferred.

Line Cook-Full Time, Hourly Position, needs to be able to work breakfast and lunch shifts.  Hourly pay based on experience, please submit resume.

HVAC maintenance technician - person applying must have at least 5 – 6 years field experience working with HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Applicant must have valid EPA. Applicant must also have the ability to repair electrical sockets, fixtures, switches, commercial sinks, drains, basic sink repairs, electric motor troubleshooting, drywall repairs, and trim carpentry a plus. Candidate must be able to work 2 weekends a month, and 2 nights a week and be on call in emergency.
