Today, the demonstration features Rob Sartorio, Chef at Crane Cottage, who prepares three courses from his list of specialties. As he shows how each course is prepared, he comments on techniques and presentation…then everyone receives a generous tasting. “Come with an appetite,” is the Chef’s advice. Printed recipes are also provided.
