Chef Rob Sartorio of the Hotel's Courtyard at Crane restaurant is in the spotlight today. April is really Chef Rob's favorite time of the year, and he has decided to prepare dishes that shout, “It's Spring Again!” While he prepares the courses, he comments on economy in the kitchen and ways to enhance presentation. Known for the excellent tastes he achieves with the unexpected but subtle seasonings he introduces, Chef Rob provides the inside scoop on how you can become a star chef with your family and friends.
