Alexander Room

Decorated in a rich Victorian shade of terra cotta, the Alexander Room features a bay window with an exquisitely colored, leaded art glass skylight with design elements similar to those seen in the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany. This gracious room, originally intended by the architect to be a library or reading room, quickly became the favorite of the ladies of the Club. Seated around the fireplace, they would enjoy a cup of tea or glass of sherry here after dinner and be entertained by musicians and visiting lecturers. The room is named for Charles Alexander of Chicago, architect of the Jekyll Island Club.

This meeting room is high speed internet ready. Service may be ordered by your sales representative. Wired and/or wireless access available.
