The Jekyll Island Club Hotel was once the exclusive turn-of-the-century winter retreat for many of America's wealthiest financiers: Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, Pulitzer, and Morgan among them. Today, this National Historic Landmark with 157 rooms and suites, three restaurants, and access to 63 holes of golf on four courses, boasts a list of awards worthy of its heritage. So many, in fact, that the Club's founders would proudly tip their hats to today's Jekyll Island Club Hotel.
