Jekyll Islander Wins Dinner for Two

Congratulations to Ms. Marge Hallum, a resident of Jekyll Island, who has won the drawing for a free Dinner for Two at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel. She has a choice of dining in the elegant, newly redecorated Grand Dining Room or the exciting Courtyard at Crane restaurant.

Ms. Hallum became eligible for the drawing by having dinner at one of the two restaurants previously and completing our comment card. When she was notified that she had won, she was delighted. “I look forward to having dinner again in the Grand Dining Room, my favorite,” said Ms. Hallum.

Evening Cruise and Dinner Package Tours

We're excited about the new Evening Cruise and Dinner Package Tour! Starting in April, the "Rockefeller," leaves at 4:30 p.m. from the Historic Jekyll Wharf which is just a few minutes' walk from the Hotel. Thursday through Saturday each week the captain shows about 40 guests the beauty of Jekyll Island from the water on this 1-1/2 hour cruise. With years of experience, he knows the Intracoastal Waterway about as well as anyone we know. He'll tell about some of the history and point out natural habitats along the way. Captain Phillip's crew also provides light refreshments.

And, each person receives a $25.00 voucher for dinner at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel for either the Grand Dining Room or the Courtyard at Crane, with ticket purchase, when the "Rockefeller" docks at 6:00 pm.

The Jekyll Island Club Hotel concierge or Front Desk staff is available to assist with reservations for this exciting new addition to the "must do" activities on Jekyll Island. The Tour continues through the summer season. Reservations may be made directly by calling 912-635-3152 or 912-264-9808. Visit the website at http://www.Goldenislesfun.com.
