Landmark Wedding Package includes:

• Beachside, Chapel or Riverfront Ceremony with Indoor location provided for inclement weather
• White Wedding Chairs for Ceremony ($200.00 additional fee for Beach setup)
• Professional Sound System for Ceremony
• Banquet Room for Reception with Tables, White Linens, Chairs and White Chair Covers
• Inside Wooden Dance Floor
• Florist (Includes: Petal Aisle, 4 Chair Markers, 2 Large Arrangements, Bridal Bouquet & Boutonniere for Groom, 6 Bridesmaid Bouquets, 6 Boutonnieres for groomsmen, 2 Corsages and 2 Boutonnieres for parents, 10 centerpieces for Reception)
• Local Minister or Judge to perform ceremony
• Photographer (includes 6 hours of photography, CD of photos and 10x10 Leather Custom Album with 15 pages/30 sides, 70 images)
• Videographer (ceremony and reception; approximately 3 hours)
• Trio for Ceremony and Pre-Reception (Violin, Flute & Cello)
• Band or DJ for Reception (3 Hours)

$180.00 per person

  1. Heavy Hors D'œuvre/Stations (See page 40 in Meeting and Catering Booklet-Package II; minimum of 75 guests)
  2. Any of our plated or buffet menus (Only buffet or stations menus served at the Beach Pavilion or on the Riverfront Lawn)
• Wedding Cake
• Champagne Toast
• All taxes and gratuities on food and beverage

Sleeping Room Requirements

• 75-100 guests - 22 Additional Sleeping Rooms
• 100 - 130 guests - 29 Additional Sleeping Rooms
• 130+ guests - 39 Additional Sleeping Rooms

* Plus resort fee. Two night minimum on weekends, three night minimum on holiday weekends.  Outdoor reception locations available. (A set up fee may apply.)  Some music restrictions apply with beachside ceremonies.  Cermonies at the beach during the summer will only have the dinner option-after 6pm.  Surcharges on holidays may apply.
