Pools & Beaches
For over 100 years, lounging by the pool has been integral to the Jekyll Island Club experience. This tradition carries on today with varied options for enjoying a waterfront respite at our resorts. Lounge poolside at Jekyll Island Club or Jekyll Ocean Club’s resort pools, or spend the afternoon in the sun and sand on the island’s uncrowded beaches.
Croquet Lawn
*The Croquet Lawn will be closed for winter seeding until November 18th.*
The croquet lawn is located at the center of the resort and offers one of the Club’s favorite pastimes. Let us arrange a time for you to play this traditional game on our greensward. Croquet playtime is arranged in time slots. To reserve a time and equipment, please call the front desk for more information at 912-635-2600. We include all the equipment you need to play and is complimentary for our resort’s guests.
Resort Shuttle Service
Our resort shuttle runs between the Jekyll Ocean Club and the Jekyll Island Club with pickups every half hour at our designated locations. Island Club guests can hop on the shuttle outside the lobby under the Porte Cochere and out front of the lobby at the Ocean Club. The service is part of the resort fee and complimentary for resort guests.

Every Day | 8:00am – 10:00pm; last Ocean Club Stop @ 9:45pm
EV Charging Stations
Jekyll Island Club and Jekyll Ocean Club each feature 2 Tesla charging stations and 1 enviro spark universal charger to power our guests’ vehicles. At the Island Club, stations are located in the NW corner of the Morgan center parking lot and Ocean Club’s can be found in the public parking lot at the south end of the hotel.
Fitness Center
Located on the garden level of the Annex building at the Island Club, the fitness room is open from 5:00 am until midnight and boasts a multi-gym, treadmill, cross trainer, free weights, recumbent bike, and upright bike. Towels and water provided.
S’mores & Stars
The island is an amazing place to spend the day. But as the sun goes down over the riverfront and the fire pit lights up, it’s a magical and memorable place to spend the evening. Grab a s’mores kit out by the pool and relax at the outdoor fire pits located at Jekyll Ocean Club and Jekyll Island Club.

To reserve a pet-friendly room, please call reservations directly; pet-friendly rooms cannot be reserved online. There is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee and a limit of one 30lb pet per room.

Our $40 plus tax daily resort fee includes:
- Seasonal beach chairs & umbrella at Ocean Club and Beach Pavilion
- In-room coffee
- Two bottles of in-room water
- Use of in-room safe
