Parking: There is no public transportation to either location. You will need to drive or take a taxi. Second, both locations charge for parking. Finally, both locations have limited parking availability. If you are visiting during peak times (summer or holidays), it is recommended that you arrive early to ensure you can find a spot.
Amenities: The beach is open to the public, and guests can enjoy a wide variety of amenities, including a hotel, restaurants, shops, an 18-hole golf course. swimming, sunbathing, picnicking, and fishing. The beach also features a playground for children, and guests can rent paddle boats and grills. Callaway Gardens is a beautiful botanical garden that features a variety of gardens, ponds, and trails.
Pets: Pets are permitted in all of the park’s outdoor spaces, with the exception of Robin Lake Circle (which includes the Robin Lake Beach and picnic areas) and the Discovery Amphitheater. Service animals are welcome. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are the responsibility of their owner.
