The Jekyll Island Club Resort features a fitness center with Life Fitness machines and a new peloton bike for guests and fitness club members to use at leisure. With over 20 miles of paved bike paths, Jekyll Island offers visitors a plethora of venues to keep you moving whether you desire to walk, run, or bike. Fitness Center
Located on the garden level of the Jekyll Island Club, the fitness center is open from 5:00AM until Midnight. All guests of the Jekyll Island Club Resort and Fitness Club Members are welcome to use the equipment. The center boasts a selection of exercise equipment for your health goals with two televisions for guest use. Fresh towels and water provided. Bathrooms are located adjacent to the fitness center.

If you prefer aquatic activity, the Jekyll Island Club Resort offers guests two pools and one hot tub. Swim laps, sunbathe in the lounge chairs around the pool, or enjoy water aerobics. Our pools are heated and open year-round.
Paved Paths
Looking for some outdoor activity? Enjoy Jekyll Island’s natural beauty and take advantage of the island’s paved pathways. With over 20 miles of paved trails, visitors and locals alike use the paths to run, walk, or bike ride. Choose your favorite course – run through the maritime forest, over boardwalks, along the beach, or along the residential district.
Games of Leisure
Enjoy several classic games of leisure while on Jekyll Island including croquet, golf, and tennis. Guests of the Jekyll Island Club Resort can enjoy the classic game of croquet on the greensward in front of the Jekyll Island Club. Jekyll Island offers visitors an athletic outlet with the Jekyll Island Tennis Center, Jekyll Island Golf Club, and water adventures through Tidelands 4-H Center and Southeast Adventures.

Recreation is plentiful on Jekyll Island however you decide to stay active. Jekyll Island boasts 63 holes of golf, a croquet lawn in the center of the resort, a mini-golf course, horseback riding, tennis courts, bicycle rentals, and more.
